Rich has more than 40 years of agency experience—from small to very large. As CEO for 12 of 26 years at Golin, he helped it grow from one office to a global firm. He joined FleishmanHillard (included serving as CMO), started a firm, and was a full-time consultant to Porter Novelli. He’s been a board member of the Arthur Page Society and chairman of The Council. Rich studied journalism at the University of Oregon.
