Prosper Group Advises Lovell Communications in its Acquisition by HMA
Prosper Group was proud to advise Lovell Communications in its recent acquisition by management consultancy Health Management Associates (HMA). As counsel throughout the process - from identifying acquirers through due diligence to the final acquisition - Prosper focused on finding the right partner for Lovell and developing a transaction model that maximized value to both buyer and seller.
Founded in 1988 and based in Nashville, Tenn., Lovell Communications provides communication solutions and strategies for healthcare organizations. Lovell services include corporate communications, marketing and media strategies, transaction support, and navigation of complex operational, reputational and regulatory issues. Lovell CEO Rosemary Plorin will continue to lead the firm, which will now operate as Lovell Communications, an HMA Company.
HMA, founded in 1985, is a management consultancy firm specializing in the service of healthcare companies and human services policy, programs, financing, and evaluation. Clients include government, public and private providers, health systems, health plans, community-based organizations, institutional investors, foundations, and associations.
