Prosper Group Advises The Seismic Collaborative and Spectrum Science on Spectrum's Acquisition of Seismic
Prosper Group is pleased to have advised The Seismic Collaborative on its acquisition by Spectrum Science. As the representative of The Seismic Collaborative's sale, the former agency owners at Prosper Group introduced Spectrum Science to the opportunity and ultimately negotiated the transaction.
Spectrum Science specializes in the health and science industries, while The Seismic Collaborative focuses on supporting early-stage health tech and biotech companies. With this acquisition The Seismic Collaborative will become the Emerging Innovation Group within Spectrum, a new offering that will expand the agency's capabilities to deliver at all points of company and product lifecycles.

This acquisition brings seasoned leaders with extensive experience and current business in emerging innovation and health technology to the Spectrum team, including Seismic CEO, Lisa Rodriguez, who will serve as the President of the Emerging Innovation Group within Spectrum and will play a lead role within the company's existing Health Tech practice.
