Prosper Group Advises Washington Media Group on Successful Sale

We are pleased to announce that Washington Media Group (“WMG”), a nationwide public affairs firm specializing in supporting clients facing reputation, crisis and DC-centric issues, has been acquired by  Crystal Patterson, an accomplished leader in public policy, through an internal sale transaction from founding owner Greg Vistica.

Prosper Group served as advisor to founding owner Greg Vistica in developing his exit strategy and to help hone the seamless process of transferring ownership of Washington Media Group (WMG) to Patterson, . Greg had identified Crystal as his successor more than a year ago and the transaction was finalized earlier this year. 

With an impressive background in technology, political campaigns, international and corporate public affairs, Patterson will lead the company into a future marked by innovation, excellence, and dedication to client satisfaction.  In fact,  WMG just won a highly competitive and visible campaign from Qatar’s international media office account, where WMG will support Qatar's PR and communications efforts.
