Prosper Group, the performance and M&A consultancy serving agency owners, is pleased to have represented Civitas in its acquisition by Orchestra. This transaction will bring Civitas' advocacy expertise into the Orchestra network of strategic communications and marketing agencies, unleashing growth opportunities for both companies. Founded in 2011, Civitas is a bipartisan policy and strategic advisory firm with offices in Washington, DC; Boston; and New York City. The company will retain its brand and operate under its current leadership that includes Patrick Guerriero, Bill Smith, and Katherine Grainger. Civitas will immediately have access to Orchestra's resources and talent including earned media, paid media, thought leaderships, branding, content creation, data analytics, SEO, and crisis management.
