Prosper Group Represents Small Girls PR in Its Successful Acquisition by Orchestra
Prosper Group, the performance and M&A consultancy serving agency owners, is pleased to have represented Small Girls PR in its acquisition by Orchestra.
This acquisition was supported by the professional services of David Bosses, partner and M&A practice leader at Prosper Group. "This acquisition will enhance Orchestra's consumer capabilities and allow Small Girls PR to scale its offerings to a premier client roster. It should unleash growth for both companies," said Bosses.
Co-founded by Mallory Blair in 2010, Small Girls specializes in earned media, influencer marketing and experiential activations. The company has 75 employees in its New York City and Los Angeles offices. It's creative storytelling has helped the agency attract clients such as Billie, Taskrabbit, GE, Jack in the Box, Nutrafol and Snapchat.
Blair will remain as CEO and become a partner in Orchestra. Small Girls PR will immediately have access to Orchestra's resources and talent including earned media, paid media, thought leaderships, branding, content creation, data analytics, SEO, and crisis management.
